Turn Key Home Corporation ("Turn Key") is respectful of privacy concerns of the visitors to its sites on the Internet. Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we treat individual customer information as confidential. As a general policy, no personal information is automatically collected from visitors to this site. However, certain non-personal information about visitors is recorded by the standard operation of Turn Key's Internet servers. To the extent that you request or subscribe to Turn Key high speed internet service, you may also provide (or we may electronically collect) information about your computer, as well as your service choices. We may also collect Information from visitors or customers who respond to e-mail surveys. All personal information that we collect is treated as confidential.

Use of IP Addresses
An IP address is a unique sequence of numbers that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are connected to the Internet on the Turn Key Broadband Service. Web servers - - the public computers that "serve up" Web pages - - automatically identify your computer by the IP address which you have been assigned.

Turn Key collects IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to report aggregate information, and to audit the use of our site. When guests request pages from Turn Key sites, our servers log the guests' IP address. We do not normally link the IP address to anything personally identifiable, which means that a user's session will be logged but the user remains anonymous to us. We can and will use IP addresses to identify a user when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our Acceptable Usage Policy or Terms of Service or to protect our service, site, customers, or others.

Some services within Turn Key, such as certain message boards, may display IP addresses along with the message poster's name and message. Please review each service prior to use and only use those that disclose information you are comfortable with sharing.

Use of Cookies

A Special Note to Parents
Children must get permission from their parents before sending any information about themselves (such as their names, email addresses, and phone numbers) over the Internet, to Turn Key or anyone else. Turn Key will not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to register with any of its sites, to order Turn Key services or products online, or to access those features that require registration.Turnkey-home.net does not sell products for purchase by children. We may sell children's products for purchase by adults. Turn Key believes that parents should supervise their children's' online activities and consider using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers that help provide a child friendly online environment. These tools can also prevent children disclosing online - their name, address, and other personal information, without parental permission.

Turn Key Home Corporation and its affiliates and subsidiaries ("Turn Key") own and maintain broadband communications networks (the "Turn Key Network") which Turn Key makes available for use by subscribers to its Broadband Internet Access Service pursuant to a subscriber agreement and acceptable usage policy. The Turn Key Network, and its various computers, wires, communications devices and other components, are the property of Turn Key. Turn Key does not authorize the use of its property for, and moreover, strictly forbids:

• sending, or causing to be sent, directly or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk e-mail to subscribers of the Turn Key Network;
  
  
• the use, directly or indirectly, of the Turn Key Network, including but not withstanding Turn Key-owned equipment, IP address space, or the property or resources of any Turn Key Network subscriber, to accept, store, transmit, relay or distribute unsolicited bulk e-mail;
  
  
• sending, or causing to be sent, directly or indirectly, to, through or from the Turn Key Network, including but not withstanding Turn Key-owned equipment, IP address space, or the property or resources of any Turn Key Network subscriber, any e-mail that makes use of or contains an invalid or forged header, invalid or non-existent domain name, or makes use of any other means of deceptive addressing or employs any other technique to hide or obscure the ultimate source of the e-mail;

Turn Key reserves the right to take all available and possible legal and technical steps to prevent, block or filter unsolicited commercial e-mail or bulk e-mail from entering, utilizing, remaining within, or being transmitted over or from the Turn Key Network. Nothing in this Policy is intended to grant any right to transmit or send e-mail to, through or from the Turn Key Network. Turn Key's failure to enforce this Policy in any instance in which it might have application does not constitute a waiver of Turn Key's right to enforce the Policy in any other instance.
